10/10
Y’all, we had us a delightful stay! The balcony view of the koi pond was just heavenly, and that surprise cake for our honeymoon? Pure joy! Staff were sweeter than Southern tea, just makin' every moment special. The only hitch was the beach area lookin’ a tad rough, but we were too busy enjoyin’ the pool to mind much.

The spacious Garden Suite was a lovely retreat.
Upon arrival, I was met with a rather grim reality. The overall condition of the hotel felt disheartening, with several areas in desperate need of repair and renovation. Most disappointing was the pool, which turned green during my stay, reflecting poor maintenance practices that made me question health standards.

I recently stayed at Balisani Suites for three nights and found it to be a great experience. The room was spacious and had one of the largest and nicest bathrooms I've encountered in any hotel. Additionally, the food options were reasonably priced and delicious, with both room service and dining available. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and the overall ambiance was relaxing, accentuated by the beautiful gardens surrounding the property.
No stair-free access, which can be challenging for families with young children.
